Roger Linde has been a recruiter in the Printing Industry for over 30 years. He has a Bachelor of Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and served in the Printing Industry before joining a large executive search firm. He left them in 1982 as Vice President to start Graphic Search Associates. Bill Moore earned a Bachelor of Science in Printing from Carnegie Mellon University. He then served as an Officer in the U.S. Army before joining a large printer in the Midwest. For the last 28 plus years, Bill has been in printing executive search, including ten years as President of William F. Moore Company. With Graphic Search as a senior associate, he concentrates on placing individuals with our clients in technical and supervisory positions. Ken Hickman has over 24 years' experience as a recruiter in the graphic arts industry. A graduate of the University of Bridgeport, he began his career in the folding carton industry followed by a large publication printer. He then joined a large national executive search firm where he advanced to Group Vice President supervising ten consultants and support staff. He helped found Slaughter Gibson, Inc., a search firm specializing in the Newspaper Industry.
